These Terms of Services govern your use of services provided by Opodo Holidays. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Opodo Holidays provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest)

  • Google Ads management

  • Website development

  • Shopify store setup

  • Branding and content creation

All services are customized based on client requirements.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Method:
We accept payments through Payoneer, and payments may be sent to the official Payoneer accounts of our authorized team members.

Important Notes:

  • Clients must ensure payment is sent to the correct Payoneer account provided by our team

  • Any transaction fees charged by Payoneer are the responsibility of the client

  • Work will begin only after payment confirmation

3. Pricing

All service prices are communicated clearly before starting the project. Prices may vary depending on project scope and requirements.

4. Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started

  • Advance payments are non-refundable

  • Refunds (if applicable) are only processed before work begins

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond in a timely manner

  • Approve work and provide feedback when required

Delays in communication may affect project timelines.

6. Project Delivery

We aim to deliver all services within agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Client delays

  • Technical issues

  • Third-party platform issues

7. Revisions

We offer limited revisions depending on the service. Additional revisions may be charged.

8. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform policies (Facebook, Google, Shopify, etc.)

  • Ad account bans or restrictions

  • Third-party costs (ads budget, domain, hosting, Shopify fees)

9. Intellectual Property

All final work delivered becomes the property of the client after full payment. Opodo Holidays reserves the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio purposes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Misuse or abusive behavior occurs

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Advertising performance variations

  • Any indirect damages

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Services at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
