At Opodo Holidays, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and business services. Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is outlined below:


1. No Refund After Work Has Started

Once a project or service has been initiated and work has begun, we do not offer refunds. This includes services such as social media management, ad campaigns, website development, and Shopify store setup.


2. Advance Payments

All advance payments are non-refundable. These payments secure your project slot, resources, and team allocation.


3. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Starts)

Clients may request a refund only if:

  • The request is made before any work has started

  • No resources or time have been allocated to the project

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.


4. Service-Based Nature

As our services are digital and customized for each client, they cannot be “returned” like physical products. Therefore, refunds are limited.


5. Revisions Policy

Instead of refunds, we offer revisions to ensure client satisfaction:

  • Website and design projects include limited revisions

  • Marketing services are optimized and adjusted based on performance


6. Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel ongoing monthly services (e.g., social media management or ads) by providing 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.


7. Third-Party Costs

Any costs paid to third-party platforms (e.g., ad spend on Facebook, Google, Shopify fees, domain/hosting) are non-refundable.
